Your Tasks
- Sales Organization & Process Excellence: Analyse, redesign, and optimize existing sales structures, governance models, and end-to-end sales workflows. Identify structural, organizational, and process-related improvement areas and translate them into scalable, efficient sales operating models; drive implementation in close collaboration with business units to enable sustainable growth, cross-functional collaboration, and increased sales effectiveness and transparency across divisions and regions
- Pricing Excellence: Support business units in developing, refining, and implementing value-based pricing models and robust pricing governance. Improve pricing logic, discount structures, and decision frameworks to accelerate the quotation process, increase win rates, and sustainably improve profitability and margin discipline
- Digital Sales & AI Integration: Evaluate and support the use of digital sales tools, automation, and AI solutions to improve sales productivity, data-driven decision-making, and process efficiency
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Support customer- and segment-specific sales approaches, particularly for new service areas
- Best Practice Sharing: Create, consolidate, and share standardized frameworks, templates, and toolkits across sales organizations to drive alignment, consistency, and continuous improvement
- Project-based Collaboration: Collaborate with sales and business leaders on sales transformation initiatives, delivering measurable outcomes within defined timelines that support TÜV SÜD’s growth and efficiency goals.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Sales, or a related field
- Demonstrable professional experience in sales consulting, sales operations, or business development, with a strong focus on pricing, process optimization, or sales efficiency; a consulting background is highly desirable
- Solid understanding of B2B sales and pricing models, methodologies, and tools; hands-on experience with digital sales transformation is a plus
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with the ability to translate insights into pragmatic, value-adding business solutions
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels
- Experience working in project-based and matrix environments, ideally across multiple regions or business units
- A proactive, hands-on mindset with a passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and driving measurable business impact
- High level of integrity and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
