Your tasks

• Must abide by the rules & regulations of the laboratory.
• Supervise end to end operations of report review team activity & maintain the TAT for report release
• Implementation of Quality System as per all applicable accreditations like ISO 17025, FSSAI, EIC, APEDA etc
• Maintain all relevant documentation and presents as needed for quality audits and Regulatory audits
• Implementation and Complying with the other TUV SUD Process and Policies
• Ensuring the compliance of the NABL guidelines & Use of NABL Symbol while releasing the final reports
• Ensuring compliance as per regulatory requirement for the report amendment request from the Customer
• Testing capability or Feasibility confirmation of sales and co-ordination with sales team for smooth lab operation
• Immediate response to internal or external enquiries
• Meeting customers as per the requirement and addressing their concerns or inputs
• Working closely with sales and lab team to ensure a timely response to the customer for any technical queries 
• Ensuring the timely closure of the customer complaints as per the policy & required TAT
• Regular employee engagement
• Ensure on-time training of respective team as per training planner
