Your Tasks 

  • End-to-end order processing and order management
  • General customer support and client communication
  • Cost calculation and preparation of quotations for technical services or service packages
  • Scheduling and resource planning of experts (coordination of customer assignments and appointment planning)
  • Invoicing and customer complaint management
  • Supporting experts in the context of customer interactions
  • Comprehensive support and coordination of projects, including cross-departmental collaboration
  • General administrative office management tasks, such as document and data management
  • Liaison with permitting and regulatory authorities regarding the procurement of building records and files

Your Qualifications 

  • Successfully completed commercial vocational training, e.g. Office Administrator or Management Assistant for Office Management, ideally with an additional qualification in project assistance
  • Relevant professional experience in relation to the key responsibilities of the position
  • Knowledge and experience in project assistance and/or project management tasks
  • Very good knowledge of SAP R/3 applications
  • Confident and routine use of MS Office applications
  • Very good command of German, both written and spoken; good knowledge of English
  • Knowledge of moderation and presentation techniques
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Independent working style, flexibility, and a high level of customer orientation
  • Knowledge of the administrative and regulatory authority structure within the metropolitan region
  • Enjoyment of continuous professional development and personal growth
