Your Tasks
- Review and process technical reports, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and quality standards before distribution to clients.
- Maintain and update client contact and distribution lists to support timely and accurate report delivery.
- Coordinate with account managers and field engineers to follow up on outstanding reports and documentation.
- Enter, update, and maintain data within GRC databases and internal systems.
- Assess incoming client requests and route them to the appropriate internal stakeholders.
- Provide administrative support to account managers and field engineers serving GRC clients.
- Perform general administrative and secretarial tasks as required to support daily operations.
Your Qualifications
- Secondary education diploma or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in French.
- Previous experience in administration, document processing, customer support, or a technical environment would be an advantage.
