Your Tasks:
- GMO detection and quantification in food and feed samples
- Animal species detection in food samples
- Allergen analysis in food samples
- Detection of protozoans (Cryptosporidium and Giardia) in water samples
- Maintaining logbooks, calibration records.
- Maintenance of housekeeping, environmental conditions in the laboratory
- Temperature monitoring of microbiological equipment.
- Environmental monitoring of Microbiology lab.
Your Qualifications:
Technical skills and Knowledge relavant to Molecular biology analysis- 4-6 years of experience
