Your Tasks:

1. Set clear objectives and performance expectations for team members.
2. Foster a collaborative and positive team culture focused on achieving organizational goals.
3. P&L & Business Development:
   • Accountable for profit and loss (P&L) of the related client base
   • Develop and execute strategies to increase the profitability within the designated area of responsibility.
   • Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion.
   • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop innovative solutions to meet customer needs.
4. Forecasting and Monitoring:
   • Analyze market trends and customer data to forecast demand and inform strategic decision-making.
   • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction, revenue, and profitability.
   • Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
5. Harmonized Customer Experience:
   • Ensure consistency and quality in the customer experience across all touchpoints.
   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
   • Address any issues or concerns raised by customers in a timely and effective manner.
6. Medtech Market Cultivation:
   • Develop relationships with key stakeholders in the medical technology (medtech) market.
   • Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
   • Identify opportunities to position the organization as a leader in the medtech industry.
7. Strategic Development Collaboration:
   • Work closely with MHS Global to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
   • Provide input and insights to inform the strategic direction of the organization.
   • Collaborate on global projects and initiatives to drive business growth and innovation.
   • Allocate and manage work as described above.
   • Signature authority according to TUV SUD procedure MHS Signature Rules (ID 4878). 

Your Qualifications:

1. University degree in electrical or mechanical or medical engineering, medicine, chemistry, physics or microbiology.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the medical device industry.
