1. Role / Qualification of the Applicant

BE / B.Tech (Engineering) and/or MBA (Marketing / Business Development preferred)

5–10 years of experience in Business Development or Customer Relationship Management

Proven experience in downstream Oil & Gas, Chemical, and Process Industries
-
Strong exposure to private sector clients and EPC companies
-
Experience in consulting organizations or MNC environments preferred

Hands-on experience in services including:

Third Party Inspection (TPI)
-
Final Quality Assurance (FQA)
-
Non-Destructive Testing (NDT)
-
Process Safety
-
HSE and SCS
-
-
Ability to manage ₹5–7 Cr annual sales from private customers

Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Supporting tendering activities with market updates, technical inputs, and commercial costing

Product and service selling to private, process, and manufacturing industries

Handling empanelment and registration for various services

Coordinating with internal technical and operational teams for proposal and project support

Participating in pricing decisions aligned with business unit sales planning

Ensuring customer satisfaction during and after project execution
