Your Tasks:

• The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing, promoting, and selling Vocational, Business Excellence, and IT-related examination and personnel certification products. The role also involves onboarding new business partners and creating customized, industry-specific qualification programs.
• Identify and approach potential clients within the assigned geographical region to promote certification and examination solutions
• Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and target customer groups
• Acquire new business partners to design and deliver customized, industry-aligned qualification / New product Development programs
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve assigned targets and drive revenue growth
• Conduct market research to identify new leads, emerging opportunities, and potential sectors for expansion
• GTM Strategy, Lead negotiations, finalize contracts, and successfully close business deals
• Prepare and share regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, forecasts, and outcomes
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving market conditions to identify strategic opportunities

Technical / business-unit specific skills and knowledge:

• Strong drive and hunger to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Young, enthusiastic, and passionate about sales, with a keen interest in meeting and building relationships with new customers
• Highly committed and willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction and business success
• Working knowledge or training related to ISO standards, IT certifications, or professional certification schemes will be an advantage
• Flexibility to undertake any task
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Access, Word, and PowerPoint

Your Qualifications:

• Any graduate / Postgraduate, preferably with knowledge of IT programs
• Strong network and relationships within IT training companies, EdTech organizations, corporate training and B2B enterprise clients
