Your Tasks
- Global responsibility for core system functionalities, including system administration, home page, email notifications, theme and logo, picklists, and role design (as input for RBPs)
- Functional ownership of cross-suite applications such as Employee Profile, Org Chart, Presentations, Skills and Competencies, Job Profile Builder, and Diversity and Inclusion
- Leadership of a small team of SuccessFactors functional module owners
- Oversight of global translation updates, email notification alignment, and home page title management
- End-to-end management of release processes including requirement collection, coordination with IT, data protection, and co-determination
- Ensuring effective release communication and smooth implementation by the platform lead
- Providing system support, resolving cases efficiently, and maintaining high stakeholder satisfaction
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or a related field
- 5+ years of HRIS experience with strong focus on SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors platform topics
- Proven track record as Platform Lead or similar role in large-scale international HR projects
- Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and SuccessFactors modules
- In-depth understanding of global HR processes, compliance, and process optimization
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills with global coordination experience
- Excellent communication skills; fluent in English, German is an advantage
