Global SuccessFactors Employee Central Lead (f/m/d)

Your Tasks

  • Define, manage, and optimize global processes for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, ensuring compliance and alignment with HR strategy.
  • Act as key liaison between HR, IT, business, and external partners to guarantee seamless system functionality and continuous improvement.
  • Own end-to-end global processes, meeting business and legal requirements across all regions.
  • Develop and maintain a scalable, standardized global process strategy focused on HR digitalization and continuous improvement.
  • Drive system configuration, enhancements, and optimization to meet evolving business needs in collaboration with IT.
  • Monitor system performance, identify automation opportunities, and manage upgrades and feature rollouts with IT teams.
  • Ensure global compliance with GDPR, labor laws, and country-specific regulations while standardizing processes.
  • Lead stakeholder workshops, gather input for improvements, and train HR teams on best practices.
  • Establish data governance policies, ensure data integrity, and leverage analytics for HR insights.
  • Manage global transformation projects, including implementations and integrations, ensuring timely delivery and smooth transitions.

Your Qualification

  • Degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
  • 7+ years of HRIS experience with strong focus on SAP HCM and SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  • Proven track record in global HR transformation projects and process optimization.
  • Deep understanding of international HR processes and compliance requirements.
  • Expertise in project management and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and SuccessFactors modules.
  • Fluent in English and German.
