Your Tasks
- Support testing and assessment of products against international, national, and customer-specific regulations within defined project scopes.
- Inspect, photograph, and accurately document test samples prior to and during testing activities.
- Perform and monitor electrical, mechanical, environmental, battery, and physical testing under supervision, following approved procedures.
- Collect, analyze, and document test data in accordance with applicable standards, including test data sheets and graphical records.
- Prepare accurate test reports, incident reports, and technical documentation in line with internal procedures.
- Operate and perform basic troubleshooting of laboratory test equipment while observing calibration requirements.
- Communicate project status and observations clearly and timely to supervisors and project teams.
Your Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited Engineering degree program (e.g. electrical, mechanical, mechatronics or related field).
- Basic understanding of electrical and/or mechanical engineering principles.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow standardized procedures accurately.
- Proficiency in MS Windows and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced laboratory environment.
- Willingness to work flexible or overtime hours when required.

Additional Information
- The anticipated hourly base pay range for this full-time position is $22/hour - $23/hour CAD. Actual base pay will be determined based on various factors, including years of relevant experience, training, qualifications, and internal equity.
