本岗位负责电子电气宁波实验室的日常管理

1. Position Summary 

This position is responsible for all activities related to the Ningbo E&E laboratory operation and support CR lab manager to do team daily management to ensure smooth lab operation.  

2. Job Responsibilities: 

1. Manage electrical safety testing delivery within lead time and quality control. 

2. Manage and follow-up laboratory staff activities, ensure lab productivities under good control; 

3. Check and review quality assurance during testing process and test data output; 

4. Supervise non-compliance during lab operation and provide expert’s solution; 

5. Operate and maintain lab test facilities and calibration system; 

6. Source and purchase test equipment based on business needs, set up new testing equipment operation;  

7. Perform laboratory accreditation and audit activities;  

8. Manage technical exchange within lab team as well as with relevant ENE business lines to make sure parallel testing techniques training and standards knowledge learning; 

9. Enhance lab capability and professional services, expand test competence 

10. Perform other duties assigned by Reporting Manager and ENE department manager. 

3. Job Requirements: 

1. College degree or above, major in Electrical, Electronic or, Mechanical or other related subjects; 

2. At least 5 years working experience in test field with reliable working performance; 

3. Good understanding and fulfillment to working related targets, standards, policies, procedures and instructions; 

4. Respect and safeguard company’s image, reputation and benefit; 

5. Diligence, self-motivation, self-improvement and strong teamwork spirit; 

6. Good communication and interpersonal skill; 

7. Good people management skills; 

8. Can work independently and efficiently, can work under pressure; 

9. Good command of English; 

10. Physical condition allows normal working, stable outputs and business trip as required.
