本岗位负责电子电气部的宁波区域的项目协调工作，负责客户服务支持。

.     Position Summary

   This position is responsible for customer service activities focus on ENE Ningbo Region.

II.     Job Responsibilities

1. Create purchase orders,  collect and check sub-contracts; 40%
2. Submit the payment and clean up the order income and maintain the customer and project database; 25%
3. Maintain and upload E-file to system and server;15%
4. Coordinate projects among sales, engineers and customers during the whole process; 10%
5. Support the team daily work;5%
6. Provide timely feedback to the company on customer perceptions of the company;5%

III.     Job Requirements

1. 1. Bachelor degree or above;
   2. Customer service experiences is preferred;
   3. Diligence, self-motivation, self-improvement and strong teamwork spirit;
   4. Good communication and interpersonal skills;
   5. Can work independently and efficiently; can work under pressure;
   6. Good computer skill; Good command of English.
