I. Position Summary
This position is responsible for visitor greeting, incoming call handling and other administration services.
II. Responsibility and Authority
- Greet incoming visitors; Handle incoming calls and pass around messages, clear report for business related inquiry. 20%
- Be responsible for the reception working environment, maintain it in good condition. 10%
- Hotel reservation. 12%
- Management of repair service. 12%
- New staff on boarding & staff departure, transfer related. 10%
- Check related admin bills and prepare the payments, such as courier related.10%
- Access system maintenance.8%
- Management of mini library, medical kit and convenience services.8%
- Support the superior on other assigned administration affairs.10%
III. Education and Experience

- Bachelor’s degree required, recent graduates will be considered.
- 1 to 3 years of work experience, working experience as receptionist or administration assistant is preferred.
- Kind, careful and patient character; always give natural smile.
- Good understanding and fulfillment to working related targets, standards, policies, procedures and instructions.
- Diligence, self-motivation, self-improvement and strong teamwork spirit.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good computer and English skills.
