Representative, Customer Service

 

I.      Position Summary

 

This position is to responsible for contact with our client and provide the best and professional service to meet clients’ testing requirement in the field of Softlines.

 

II.      Job Responsibilities(starting from verbs, with % of time spent on specific tasks)

 

  1. Check received sample and contact with client for basic confirmation; (20%)
  2. Create the checklist according to client manual and special request; (15%)
  3. Be responsible for quotations for business and payment collection to support the accounts receivable; (10%)
  4. Responsible for issue invoice to provide the business certification for clients; (10%)
  5. Assign samples to corresponding lab in order to kick-off test; (10%)
  6. Reply client’s enquiry in timely manner followed the internal procedures; (10%)
  7. Inform Supervisor about special case and client complaint; (10%)
  8. Report quality problems of subcontracting labs to Supervisor to ensure the reliable of testing; (10%)
  9. Perform other duties assigned by Section Manager. (5%)

 

III.      Job Requirements

 

  1. Bachelor degree or above;
  2. At least 2-year experience in a textile testing company;
  3. Familiar with commercial textile standards;
  4. Diligence, self-motivation, self-improvement and strong teamwork spirit;
  5. Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  6. Can work independently and efficiently; can work under pressure;
  7. Good command of English.
