Job Title    :    Senior Specialist, Project Operation

I. Position Summary
This position is responsible for project operation duties Senior Specialist. You will project operations for testing and certification orders and ensure smooth project delivery. While training and offering experience to new staff is also requested.

II. Job Responsibilities (starting from verbs, with % of time spent on specific tasks)
1.    Maintain relationship with KA account clients and support KA/Sales managers to expand the business opportunities. (15%)
2.    Lead cross-team collaboration to ensure on-time project completion. (15%)
3.    Maintain the customer and project database to ensure the record is clear and correct. (10%)
4.    Follow up projects and communicate with customers if any be issue during the testing and enhance customer satisfaction. (15%)
5.    Coordinate projects among sales / KA, lab and customers during the whole process to ensure the project process is smooth. (20%)
6.    Provide timely feedback to supervisor / managers or other related people about customer’s request or enquiry. (10%)
7.    Behavior a professional image to the customers consistently to enhance the customer’s trust. Assist in handling customer complaints and follow-up solutions. (5%) 
8.    Highlight major Customer Service issues in a timely manner to supervisor and resolve the issues promptly. (5%)
9.    Perform other duties assigned by supervisor/ manager. (5%) 

III. Job Requirements (knowledge, experience, skills, abilities, etc.)
1.    College degree or above, majoring in Mechanical, Chemical or related disciplines is preferred. 
2.    At least 3~5 years’ working experience with reliable working performance and with 2+ years of team leadership experience.

5.    Diligence, self-motivation, self-improvement and strong teamwork spirit.
