I. Position Summary
This position is responsible for all lab activities related to lab test.
II. Job Responsibilities (starting from verbs, with % of time spent on specific tasks)
- 根据检测需求单按照标准操作流程按时、按质、完成鞋服产品复杂、困难的物理性能的制样、检测； (80%)
Complete the apparel and footwear complex and difficult physical testing and sample preparing according to SOP and checklist, and make sure the testing is finished one time with high quality; (80%)
- 实施在负责领域内的实验室质量管理体系；(5%)
Implement the lab activity quality system; (5%)
- 维护测试设备，保证设备正常；(5%)
Maintain the related testing equipment/tools and make sure under good order and condition. (5%)
- 协助6S管理，保持实验室干净整洁(5%)
Implement the 6S, make sure the lab is clean and tidy. (5%)
- 完成上级安排的其他任务. (5%)
Finish other additional task assign by leader. (5%)
III. Job Requirements (knowledge, experience, skills, abilities, etc.)
- 本科或以上学历，纺织、皮革、制鞋或者其他理工科；
Degree or above Footwear, Leather, Textile or equivalent.
- 良好的英语读写能力
Good reading and writing of English.
- 工作积极乐观，抗压能力强，有良好的团队精神及较强的责任心；
Hardworking, self-motivated and able to work under pressure and having a mind-set of team work and responsibility.
- 服从公司、上级的工作安排，如加班、轮班。
Follow the company, leader’s arrangement, like over time, second shift
