Job Description – SAP Coordinator

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP Coordinator with strong knowledge of SAP systems and hands-on experience in procurement, material management, service processing, and SAP-based operational activities. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating and ensuring timely completion of SAP processes, including material and service requisitions, approvals, system updates, and MIS reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate SAP processes related to Material Requisition, Service Requisition, Callout Orders, and Service Entry Sheets (SES).

• Handle DMSR, PR/PO processes, and VPR processes in the SAP system.

• Ensure timely processing of transactions by obtaining necessary approvals from relevant stakeholders.

• Maintain and update MIS reports, COO & Contract closure status in SAP, and related trackers.

• Update and monitor VOWD (Value of Work Done) trackers and ensure data accuracy.

• Coordinate with internal teams for material/service-related activities and resolve process-related issues.

• Perform material coding, material reconciliation, and verification of discrepancies.

• Support SAP system updates and ensure compliance with defined processes and timelines.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience and knowledge of the SAP environment.

• Good understanding of SAP procurement and material management processes.

• Experience in material coding, reconciliation, discrepancy verification, and valuation.

• Ability to manage multiple SAP transactions and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

• Good analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

• Experience in Oil & Gas, Power, EPC, or similar industries is preferred.

Qualification

• Graduate degree/diploma in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Commerce, or related field preferred.

• Relevant SAP experience in procurement/material/service coordination roles.
