To supervise Electrical Commissioning Technicians in the function testing of project Electrical systems, in accordance with project technical procedures.

Good understanding/communicable English & writing skills.
Knowledge on the Electrical working principle / Operation / Maintenance & minimizing the installation/operational errors.
Assisting/Coordinating with Instrument team on Operation & Configuration of VFD & Soft starter.
Hands on experience in analysing/reviewing the plant Electrical schematics, SLD’s, Control drawing (incl. standalone system) of plant installed equipment’s on Operation & Maintenance perspective.
Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Communicate effectively and work with the contractors/other team.
Computer skills and good knowledge/experience in following:
System and sub-system scoping for electrical system.
Commissioning procedures
Electrical Equipment testing procedures
Redline IFC drawings
Risk Management (system specific) and mitigations
Input to the Completions Management Systems (CAMS) including review & approval of project specific ITRs. (Check Sheets).
Provide input into project plans and schedules, achievement of agreed schedule.
Ensure that the Electrical pre-commissioning and commissioning activities are properly organized, scheduled and conducted in a structured and safe manner, to test and certify that the installed equipment/systems, comply with the agreed performance parameters indicated in the design documents and specifications.
Report daily progress and work scope completion ensuring all issues, identified risks and concerns are clearly communicated and addressed
Leads daily execution kick off meetings and tool box talks.
Assist coordination liaison for all interfaces on site and with all integrity groups to ensure the project requirements and performance standards are achieved.
Review Operational Test Procedures associated with the commissioning of Electrical systems.
Having good understanding of HV & LV switchgear, transformers, motors, cables and other electrical equipment for High voltage and low voltage systems
Experience in Protective relay equipment application and testing
