Position: Inspection Engineer – BGBPL Project (RCM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall site supervision and coordination for construction activities associated with the CBG project.

• Monitor and ensure project progress, construction quality, safety, and compliance with approved project specifications, drawings, and standards.

• Coordinate effectively with the client, EPC contractor, vendors, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of construction activities.

• Review and monitor construction schedules, manpower and resource deployment, and daily progress reports.

• Ensure strict adherence to HSE requirements, inspection procedures, quality standards, and project specifications at the site.

• Conduct regular site inspections to identify quality, safety, and construction-related issues and ensure timely corrective actions.

• Identify potential construction delays and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve technical and execution issues and achieve project milestones within the planned schedule.

• Monitor contractor activities and verify that work is executed in accordance with approved drawings, method statements, ITPs, specifications, and applicable codes and standards.

• Prepare, review, and submit daily/weekly/monthly project progress reports to the client and management.

• Maintain proper documentation of inspection observations, punch points, site activities, progress, and corrective actions.

• Support project management in ensuring timely completion, quality compliance, and successful handover of the project.

• Perform any other site inspection and coordination activities assigned by the project management team.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of construction inspection, site supervision, and project coordination.

• Good understanding of CBG project construction activities, quality requirements, HSE standards, and inspection procedures.

• Ability to coordinate effectively with clients, EPC contractors, vendors, and subcontractors.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, reporting, and stakeholder-management skills.

• Ability to work independently at project sites and manage multiple activities within defined schedules.
