OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Technical Resource Assistant is instrumental in supporting the Technical Resource Manager's responsibilities within the Business Assurance Division in the Americas. They assist in recruitment, onboarding, and qualification processes for auditors and trainers. Additionally, they collaborate closely with HR Departments and aid in evaluating technical experts. Acting as a liaison, they facilitate communication with global counterparts, share insights, and assist in communicating operational changes. Overall, the Technical Resource Assistant contributes significantly to efficient technical resource management and operational effectiveness
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Assist in establishing, implementing, and monitoring internal processes for recruiting Auditors and Trainers.
- Collaborate with Technical Resource Manager to identify resource requirements and participate in the search, interview, and selection process for Trainers and Auditors.
- Support the Technical Resource Manager in executing, and managing contracts with Auditors and Trainers, including contract terminations when necessary.
- Help in the onboarding process for new Auditors and Trainers, ensuring smooth integration into the organization.
- Assist in coordinating and evaluating the monitoring activities for Auditors as required.
- Contribute to performance evaluations of Auditors and Trainers in collaboration with Operations, utilizing customer satisfaction surveys and addressing any complaints.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields.
EXPERIENCE:
- 2+ as an assistant to HR in general.
- 2+ years of progressive experience in HR roles, with a general understanding of HR best practices, preferable in the TIC industry.
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting.
- Track record of developing and executing successful recruitment strategies.
