Tasks:

• Development, configuration, and continuous enhancement of solutions based on One Identity Manager (OIM)
• Technical support to ensure the stable operation of the OIM platform in a production environment
• Analysis, implementation, and testing of requirements in the Identity & Access Management (IAM) domain
• Development and customization of OIM scripts (VB.NET, C#); processes, workflows, and synchronizations; custom modules and reports
• Support in 3rd-level support, including incident and problem management within OIM operations
• Analysis and resolution of operational issues, including root cause analysis
• Execution of releases, upgrades, and patches
• Support in creating operational concepts (monitoring, logging, backup, disaster recovery)
• Close collaboration with business departments, IT security, infrastructure, and connected systems (e.g. Active Directory, Entra ID, SAP, SAP BTP, MuleSoft)
• Support during audits, compliance activities, and recertification processes

Qualifications:

• Completed degree in computer science or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
• Several years of hands-on experience with One Identity Manager (development and/or operations)
• Very good knowledge of: the OIM data model, processes, and synchronization framework; Very good knowledge of script and rule development (VB.NET, C#); Very good knowledge of SQL and Windows Server (analysis, performance, troubleshooting)
• Experience in application operations (ITSM, incident, change & problem management)
• Knowledge of Identity & Access Management concepts (RBAC, Segregation of Duties, recertification)
• Structured and responsible working style with strong analytical skills
• Very good German and English language skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with domain or tenant migrations in IAM environments
• Experience with compliance- and audit-driven requirements (SoD, recertifications)
• Experience in automation and operation of large, business-critical IAM landscapes
• Experience with authorization concepts in SAP S/4HANA
• Experience with Active Directory and Entra ID
• Knowledge of: OIM integration with HR source systems; APIs / interfaces; cloud identities
