Operation Manager - Khobar

Position Summary

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily operational activities, ensuring efficient execution of site inspections, timely follow-up on invoicing, and maintaining strong professional relationships with clients. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining high service quality. Prior experience in TPI inspections is essential.

Your Tasks & Key Responsibilities

1. Daily Operations & Inspection Coordination

  • Plan, schedule, and oversee daily site visits and inspection activities.
  • Coordinate with field teams to ensure inspections are completed accurately and on time.
  • Monitor inspection progress, review and validate inspection reports, and escalate issues when required.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, safety guidelines, and client requirements.

 

2. Invoicing & Financial Follow‑Up

  • Monitor the invoice cycle from service completion to final payment.
  • Ensure all required documents, reports, and approvals are submitted for invoice processing.
  • Follow up with clients on outstanding payments in a professional and timely manner.
  • Coordinate with the finance team to resolve billing discrepancies or payment delays.

3. Client Relationship Management

  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to review service performance and address concerns.
  • Understand client needs and ensure proper alignment with operational delivery.
  • Provide timely updates, reports, and insights to maintain client satisfaction.
  • Build long-term relationships that support business continuity and growth.

 

4. Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management.
  • Monitor KPIs related to inspections, service delivery, and invoicing.
  • Identify and recommend improvements to processes, workflows, and service quality.
  • Support management with data-driven insights for decision-making.

 

5. Team Leadership & Coordination

  • Supervise and support field teams and coordinators with daily tasks.
  • Conduct daily briefings to ensure clarity on roles, schedules, and priorities.
  • Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback as needed.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Your Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
  • Min 10 Years experience , 3 - 6 years of them in operations, facility services, inspection management, or similar roles.
  • Proven experience in inspection field operations
  • strong background in:
  • Piping inspections
  • Pressure vessels and boiler inspections
  • Tank inspections
  • Steel structure inspections
  • Certification in ASNT Level II, CSWIP, or CWI.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and scheduling skills.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Teams, and reporting tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
