Global Sales & Key Account Manager (f/m/d)

Tasks

  • Responsible for France and regular visits of our french clients
  • Promote and sell the full range of services (product safety testing, inspections, audits, sustainability) to new and existing clients in retail, manufacturing, importing, and e-commerce.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for Hardlines, Toys, and ENE; manage ongoing customer projects.
  • Achieve revenue and profit targets in coordination with country and division managers.
  • Develop and implement sales, pricing, and marketing strategies as well as tailored client solutions.
  • Conduct market and competitor analyses; represent the company at trade fairs and industry events.
  • Collaborate with international laboratories and technical governance teams; participate in national and international tenders.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s or engineering degree, ideally with a focus on sales or product-related disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in retail, product development, or the testing industry (preferably in France).
  • Proven success in sales, account management, or quality assurance.
  • Strong knowledge of international regulations, EU directives, and industry standards for Softlines, Hardlines, Toys, and ENE.
  • Well-connected within the French retail/testing industry; excellent networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Native-level French, fluent in English and German.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; self-motivated, organized, and culturally aware.
  • Willingness to travel.
