ADVANCE NON-DESTRUCTIVE TESTING INSPECTOR

The Advance Non-Destructive Testing Inspector will be responsible for performing advanced NDT techniques to assess the structural integrity, safety, and quality of materials, components, and products. Your expertise in utilizing advanced NDT methods, such as ultrasonic testing, radiographic testing, magnetic particle testing, and others, will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and compliance of our clients' assets.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Conduct advanced NDT inspections using techniques such as ultrasonic testing (UT), radiographic testing (RT), magnetic particle testing (MT), eddy current testing (ET), and/or other advanced methods, depending on the project requirements.
  • Develop detailed inspection plans and procedures based on project specifications, codes, and industry standards.
  • Set up and calibrate NDT equipment, ensuring it is in proper working condition, and make adjustments as needed.
  • Perform NDT inspections on a wide range of materials, components, and structures, accurately interpreting results to identify defects, anomalies, or areas of concern.
  • Generate comprehensive inspection reports that include findings, recommendations, and documentation of inspection processes and results.
  • Ensure all NDT activities adhere to safety regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with clients and project teams to discuss findings, provide technical recommendations, and address any questions or concerns.
  • Stay current with advancements in NDT technology and methodologies, participating in training and professional development activities.
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate superior and/or management from time-to-time.

 

 

Key Requirements:

 

  • College Diploma/Degree in Non-Destructive Testing, Engineering, or other related courses.
  • Certification in advanced NDT methods, such as ASNT Level II, III or equivalent, is required.
  • Proven experience as an Advanced NDT Inspector, with a strong background in conducting various NDT techniques.
  • Familiarity with industry codes and standards, such as ASME, API, and ASTM.
  • Proficiency in using NDT equipment and software, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and maintain equipment.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with acute attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for preparing reports and interacting with clients.
