Responsibilities
1. Sales Coordination
- Handle all sales-related administrative tasks
- Prepare quotations
- Receive and process customer purchase orders, coordinating with internal teams
- Prepare and manage billing documents
- Coordinate across teams to ensure smooth sales operations
2. Supplier Administration
- Coordinate with suppliers to plan and schedule process audits or work inspections
- Arrange appointments and communicate audit-related information
- Prepare, process, and maintain all relevant supplier documentation
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure tasks are completed according to plan
- Provide administrative and coordination support as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Good command of English (speaking, reading, and writing)
