As a People Platform Functional Specialist, you are part of our global People Platform Functional Support Team and act as the expert support layer between Helpdesk and specialist teams such as IT, Process Experts, and Operations. Your primary focus is to provide functional support to our global user community, ensuring stable day-to-day operations, effective issue resolution, and a high-quality support experience.

Depending on your experience and interests, you may take over Module Owner responsibility for one or more SuccessFactors modules, driving continuous improvement, functional development, and knowledge transfer within your area of expertise.

We deliver services across a broad and growing SAP SuccessFactors landscape, including Recruiting, Learning, Performance & Development, Platform/Employee Profile, Qualtrics, and EnableNow. Employee Central and Onboarding are currently being designed and will further expand our future support scope.

Key Responsibilities:  

• Provide functional support for SAP SuccessFactors and related People platforms, resolving user inquiries, incidents, and system-related issues.
• Analyze and troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause investigations, and coordinate structured escalations to specialist teams where required.
• Create and maintain support documentation, knowledge articles, training materials, and process guidance for end users and support teams.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders, process experts, IT teams, and external partners to ensure stable operations and excellent user experience.
• Identify improvement opportunities, support system enhancements and releases, and contribute to the continuous optimization of People platforms and processes.
• Optionally take ownership of one or more SuccessFactors modules, acting as a functional expert and driving knowledge transfer, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:  

• Hands-on experience working with SAP SuccessFactors in a support, administration, consulting, or key user role.
• Experience in application support, People Systems, HR IT, or HR Operations, ideally in an international environment.
• Good understanding of SuccessFactors data flows, system dependencies, and root-cause analysis.
• Basic technical understanding of cloud-based People platforms and end-to-end People processes
• Strong customer service mindset, independent work style, and team player attitude
• Analytical thinking, structured approach, and attention to detail
• Fluent in English; German is a plus, but not required
