Your Tasks:
- Development, standardization, and global implementation of a unified qualification and authorization process for expert roles
- Establishment and management of governance structures, evaluation mechanisms, and KPIs to ensure transparency and compliance
- Management of the technical support and further development of the central core application for Expert Qualification Management
- Close collaboration with specialist departments, HR, IT, and international stakeholders in business units and regions
- Creation and implementation of a global roadmap for the gradual integration of new user groups
- Leadership and coordination of international projects with internal partners and external implementation partners
- Planning and execution of tests, trainings, and implementation of the global rollout, including the development of a communication and change management concept
Your Qualifications:
- Completed degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a comparable field
- Several years of professional experience in process management, IT project management, and application support
- Practical knowledge of competency management systems, HRIS, LMS, or skill management tools
- Experience in collaborating with international stakeholders and in complex matrix organizations
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, strategic thinking, and a structured hands-on mentality
- Business-fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
