- Project co-ordination, to coordinate, monitor and control the project activities in cooperating with with e-commerce client and collaborated colleagues.
- Have high self-motivation to complete work task assigned by Manager independently, take additional responsibilities and challenges with positive attitude.
- To release test report and provide data entry service to client software system in a timely manner.
- As a contact point for e-commerce client, to provide formal communication channel to customers (internal and external) for inquiry regarding project status and any other inquires.
- Report all corresponded matters for e-commerce client to Section Manager.
- To support team members in their assigned daily works with satisfaction.
- Ensure the resources assigned to the project to be adequate.
- Act and perform according to the Quality Policy.
