We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (f/m/d) to lead a large-scale, multinational Enterprise Content Management migration to a modern SAP/OpenText- based cloud solution. The role is responsible for the technical planning, orchestration, and delivery of the migration in alignment with our SAP S4 Core Transformation project and across global business units, ensuring a secure, compliant, and seamless transition from our legacy ECM platforms to the target system.
Tasks
- Own end-to-end business delivery of the ECM project in time, in alignment with TÜV SÜD’s S4 Core Transformation project, and in budget (planning, steering, rollout)
- Define and prioritize business requirements and ensure alignment with SAP processes
- Drive stakeholder management across divisions, IT, compliance, and vendors
- Ensure business readiness (process alignment, training, change management, adoption)
- Monitor delivery, risks, dependencies and ensure escalation and mitigation
- Support governance and executive reporting (e.g. SteerCo)
- Ensure successful business rollout and value realization
Qualifications
- Strong experience in large-scale IT transformation programs
- Proven background in project management and stakeholder steering
- Experience in requirements engineering and business process design
- Good understanding of ECM/document management and information governance
- Strong communication, structuring, and execution capabilities
- Strong ownership mindset with accountability for business delivery and outcomes
- High level of resilience and ability to manage pressure and conflicting priorities
