Business Analyst - Website Experience

Your Tasks: 

TÜV SÜD’s Global Marketing team is looking for a proactive Business Analyst to support and improve TÜV SÜD’s global web platforms. This role bridges business needs and technical delivery; analysing requirements, coordinating multi market projects, and ensuring smooth operations of our enterprise CMS, Sitecore. You will work closely with internal teams and vendors to enhance digital experiences and help users fully leverage the platform.

Business analysis: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to gather, analyse and document detailed user-driven business requirements. Translate requirements into user stories, workflows and acceptance criteria. Conduct user testing and gather feedback for further improvements and alignment with business strategy.

Project management: Lead and coordinate cross-functional project workstreams, ensuring quality and timely delivery according to project goals and milestones. Prepare project documentation, manage stakeholder communications, and support agile delivery practices. Track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.   

Website operations: Support day-to-day operations of the corporate website, ensuring performance, availability and stability of the website CMS. Troubleshoot user and platform governance issues. Advocate for best practices in Sitecore CMS usage, governance, and scalability.

Knowledge management & training: Create and maintain relevant training guides as well as conduct onboarding and enablement sessions to upskill users on new/updated features in order to increase overall platform adoption.

Your Qualifications:

Degree in marketing, Information Systems or a related discipline. 

2-5 years of experience in business analysis and project management within digital or web environments.

Working knowledge of enterprise CMS platforms; Sitecore experience is highly advantageous.

Familiarity with agile project management methodologies and platforms such as Azure DevOps and Jira.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Experience working with cross-functional teams in a global or matrix organisation.
