Your Tasks:

• Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Develop and extend CRM functionalities using C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Power Platform
• Build and maintain workflows, plugins, custom entities, and business rules
• Implement and support integrations with external systems (e.g. SAP S4HANA, Azure services, APIs)
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues for 3rd-level support
• Support system releases, upgrades, and platform updates
• Collaborate with Functional Consultants, Product Owners, and business stakeholders
• Create and maintain technical documentation and solution designs
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and data protection standards                                   

Your Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2+ years’ experience as a Technical Consultant or Developer in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 environment
•  Strong hands-on experience with:
  • Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, etc.)
  • Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
  • C#, .NET, JavaScript
• Familiarity with Azure integrations (Logic Apps, security concepts, and provisioning)
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps and CI/CD
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent in English (German is an advantage).
• Microsoft Dynamics certifications (e.g., MB-300, MB-500) are a plus.
