Your Tasks:

• Provide 3rd level support for SAP SuccessFactors modules and interfaces.
• Monitor system performance, run health checks, and manage technical incidents.
• Coordinate system upgrades, releases, and regression testing.
• Support role-based permission changes, configuration corrections, and data loads.
• Collaborate with IT Security, Infrastructure, and Integration teams (e.g., IAS/IPS, BTP).
• Maintain system documentation and contribute to operational excellence.                                          

Your Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• 2+ years’ experience in operating SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., EC, Recruiting, Learning).
• Technical understanding of integration, provisioning, SSO, and user management.
• Familiarity with SAP support processes and ticket handling (SAP for Me, Launchpad).
• Analytical mindset and structured problem-solving approach.
• Fluent in English (German is an advantage).
• SAP SuccessFactors certification and experience with ITIL processes are a plus
