Your Task: 

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our training and professional development courses to individuals and organizations. You will manage inbound and outbound sales activities, nurture leads, and ensure a smooth enrollment experience for prospective learners.


Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Proactively reach out to leads via phone, email, and digital channels to promote training courses.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable training programs.
  • Conduct virtual product demos or course consultations when needed.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and conversion metrics.

Lead Management

  • Follow up with inbound inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Qualify leads and maintain an organized sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Nurture existing leads and re-engage dormant contacts with targeted outreach.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective learners and corporate clients.
  • Provide accurate course information, pricing details, schedules, and enrollment steps.
  • Assist with registration and payment processing as needed.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and support post-sale follow-ups.

 

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with marketing to align lead generation and campaign strategies.
  • Provide feedback on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare regular sales activity reports and maintain accurate CRM records.

Your Qualifications:

Required

  • 1–3 years of inside sales, tele-sales, or customer service experience (preferably in education, training, SaaS, or services).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to explain course offerings clearly and confidently.
  • Comfortable making high-volume calls and working with monthly targets.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and digital communication tools.

Preferred

  • Experience selling training, workshops, or educational programs.
  • Understanding of adult learning and professional development markets.
