Your Tasks:

  • Analysis of technical integration requirements in close coordination with specialist departments, IT, and external partners.
  • Provision of effort estimations and consultation on design of optimized API solutions from business requirement perspective.
  • Ensuring the stability, security, and reusability of integration solutions as part of the clean core strategy.
  • Creation and maintenance of technical documentation (e.g., flow descriptions, interface specifications, and parameter overviews).
  • Support for troubleshooting, monitoring, and incident handling within productive integration landscapes.
  • Design, development and deployment of APIs and integration flows using the MuleSoft toolset.
  • Creation of API specifications using RAML and OAS.
  • Development and implementation of extensions for existing interfaces to maintain reusability and smooth deployment.
  • Ensuring compliance to operational requirements and transition of completed projects into operational activity.
  • Planning and execution of unit, integration, and regression tests and coordination of test results with specialists and test teams.
  • Close cooperation with enterprise architects, platform owners, and module managers to ensure a sustainable integration architecture.
  • Collaborating on the further development of DevOps, governance, and deployment processes (e.g., version management, best practices, naming conventions).

 

Your Qualifications:

  • Atleast 3-5 years of experience in design and development of integration scenarios with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform / Anypoint Studio.
  • In-depth knowledge of XML, JSON, and REST/SOAP-based web services (knowledge of file-based transfer protocols and database integrations is an advantage)
  • Experience integrating cloud and on-premises systems (e.g. SAP, CIAM).
  • Confident use of monitoring, debugging, and error analysis tools within the MuleSoft landscape.
  • Understanding of hybrid integration architectures, authentication mechanisms (e.g. SAML, OAuth, and basic authentication) and security concepts.
  • Experience in technical documentation and working with DevOps processes (e.g., Azure DevOps, CI/CD).
  • Ability to communicate complex technical content in a way that is understandable and appropriate for the target audience.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and quality awareness.
  • Fluent in English (German is an advantage).
