OHS Manager

Your Tasks:

  • Responsible for overall implementation of HSE managemnet system process [HSE Initiatives]
  • To identify any unsafe act, unsafe practices, unsafe conditions and workplace hazards in the workplace and to recommend and implement HSE control measures to eliminate and mitigate the risk levels and conditions. 
  • To monitor, maintain and address all HSE risk control measures implemented and HSE improvement in the workplaces
  • To supports company’s HSE procedures by identifying cases of non-compliance against legal HSE requirements and HSE procedures
  • To support and participate in accident/incident investigation and reporting
  • To conduct emergency preparedness and response drills and HSE communication in the workplace
  • Co-ordination with business unit/ central function operational team on HSE
  • To conduct HSE inductions training and manage all stakeholders [internal and external] in the workplaces
  • To ensure all legal obligations are alligned with state and central regulatory bodies.
  • Site visits to ensure adherence with the standard requirements.
  • To ensure the consultation and participation with all departments alligned with the central department.
