Job Title:

BD Manager / Sales Manager

1. Role / Qualification of the Applicant

  • BE / B.Tech (Engineering)

  • 7–12 years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Client Relationship Management

  • Proven experience dealing with private industries and manufacturing companies

  • Strong background in Oil & Gas, Chemical, and Process Industries

  • Prior experience in a Customer Relationship Manager or Sales role within process or manufacturing industries

  • Hands-on exposure to certification and statutory services, including:

    • ASME

    • PED

    • IBR

    • PESO

    • DOSH

    • MoM

    • EN standards

    • Design Review of Static Equipment

  • Ability to independently achieve ₹8–10 Cr annual order booking for certification services from private customers

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills

2. Core Activity within Our Company

  • Business development and sales for certification and compliance services

  • Lead generation and conversion into order bookings

  • Selling certification and inspection services to manufacturing and process industries

  • Developing new customers with 100% focus on new business acquisition

  • Maintaining detailed customer insights for domestic and international project opportunities

  • Supporting tender teams with market intelligence, technical write-ups, and commercial costing

  • Managing empanelment and registration with customers for various services

  • Liaison with multiple levels of client organizations, including senior management

  • Coordinating with internal technical and operational teams for proposal and project execution

  • Taking pricing decisions in line with approved business unit sales planning

  • Ensuring strong customer relationships during and after project execution
