Your Tasks:
- Lead and manage end-to-end accreditation activities ISO/ IEC 17065.
- Maintain awareness of regulatory changes, IAF/EA/MD updates, and ensure timely incorporation into organizational systems.
- Ensure strict compliance with accreditation requirements of ISO/IEC 17065 and relevant IAF/IAF MLA/IAF MD documents.
- Supervise accreditation cycles including application review, contract, audit/assessment planning, certification decision, and surveillance/renewal activities (with NABCB).
- Liaise with accreditation bodies for assessments, surveillance visits, scope expansions, corrective actions, and closure of findings.
- Monitor risks to impartiality and maintain governance through impartiality committee engagement.
- To support scheme manager for impartial, consistent, and effective implementation of certification processes for all schemes under ISO/ IEC 17065
- Oversee performance of scheme/ certification operations to meet KPIs related to timeliness, accuracy, client satisfaction, and compliance.
- Drive internal audits, management reviews, and continual improvement initiatives.
- Ensure effective document and record control in compliance with ISO/IEC 17065 requirements.
Your Qualifications:
- Min. 5 to 7 years work experience in certification body or related industry. [Total experience 10 to 15 years]
- Experience in certification body processes, accreditation processes and compliance management.
- Audit and quality assurance skills.
- Good understanding and interpretation of ISO standards [accreditation and certifications]
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
- Proficiency in relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering OR equivalent [Minimum Qualification]
