Software Development Team Lead

Your Tasks:

  • Lead a cross functional delivery team covering both pro code engineering and low code automation, ensuring high quality, reliable, and scalable solutions.
  • Coordinate work across the software development and business process automation, aligning delivery priorities, dependencies, and execution models.
  • Act as the operational extension of project and product leadership, overseeing day to day planning, execution, resource allocation, and risk management
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members with different skill profiles (software engineers, automation developers, QA), fostering collaboration and continuous improvement
  • Ensure consistent engineering standards and delivery discipline across all solutions, including reviews, testing, and controlled releases across environments
  • Handle people and team management responsibilities, including hiring, performance reviews, onboarding, and individual development planning
  • Collaborate closely with remote stakeholders and partners to ensure clarity on scope, progress, and delivery expectations
  • Remain hands on where required, supporting solution design, complex technical decisions, and delivery challenges while keeping a strong focus on leadership and coordination

Your Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • Should have atleast 7-15 years of of experience in software development and at least 2+ years in a team‑lead or comparable leadership role.
  • Proven experience leading heterogeneous teams, combining different technologies, skill levels, and delivery approaches
  • Strong background in modern software development, with hands‑on experience in Python and/or TypeScript
  • Solid understanding of low‑code platforms and automation solutions, ideally in an enterprise context
  • Experience working with agile delivery models and common project / engineering tools
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across time zones, cultures, and technical/non‑technical stakeholders
  • Experience mentoring team members and developing talent across diverse technical profiles
  • Exposure to AI‑enabled solutions, automation platforms, or chatbot / agent technologies is a plus
  • Relevant certifications in software delivery, agile methods, or leadership are an advantage (e.g. Scrum, PMP, etc.)
