I.      Position Summary

This position is responsible for managing project or team activities with high quality and efficiency to achieve Business Line target and providing satisfactory technical support to customers.

II.      Job Responsibilities

1. Business (30%)

- Promote Homologation services under responsibility and business thinking;

以责任和业务思维促进认证业务

- Regularly maintain, develop and expand our share in the existing clients, especially key account;

定期维护、发展和扩大在现有客户中的份额，特别是KA客户

- Support Sales team to develop new client in Homologation business to achieve the order taking target;

支持销售团队开发新客户，完成产品认证业务的订单目标

- Collaborate with our partners to provide high quality service;

与合作伙伴合作，提供高品质的服务

- Maintain relationships with customers especially for KA.

维护客户关系，特别是KA客户

2. Project (40%)

- Leading and managing the project or team to achieve and order sales & profit target;

领导并管理项目或团队，达成销售和利润目标

- Provide the professional and satisfied service to client as the project manager and / or project engineer in the project;

作为项目经理和/或项目工程师，为客户提供专业和满意的服务

- Lead project as project manager to setup the project plan, coordinate the manpower resources, track the project process and communicate with client actively and promptly in case of any potential / existing deviation from the plan;

作为项目经理领导项目，制定项目计划，协调资源，跟踪进程，并及时与客户积极沟通，以防潜在/已存在的偏离计划

- Control the quality of application document;

控制申请文件的质量

- Assign the tasks to project/testing engineers;

为项目/测试工程师分配任务

- Collaborate with project engineers to delivery the business smoothly;

与项目工程师合作，顺利完成项目

- Follow the Quality Management Procedure.

执行质量管理程序

3. Competence (30%)

- Countiniously imporve the operational processes and develop and extend the personal competence and scope;

持续提升运营过程，发展和扩展个人或团队能力和范围

- Follow KMS and QM instruction;

遵循KMS和QM要求

- Experience sharing on BL’s knowledge management basis.

在业务线知识管理的基础上分享经验

III.      Job Requirements 

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Automotive related;

本科及以上学历，汽车相关专业优先

2. Have at least 5 years relevant automotive industrial testing and certification experience. Mature experience is musted especially for GSR 2.0 Homologation experience. Passenger car experience is preferred.

至少5年相关汽车工业测试和认证经验。须有成熟的经验，特别是GSR 2.0认证经验。乘用车经验优先。

3. Business development and/or project management experience, team management experience is prefer;

有业务开发和/或项目管理经验，有团队管理经验者优先

4. Must be fluent in writing or speaking in English, CET 4 is prefer;

英语读写流利，英语四级优先

5.  Physical condition allows normal working, stable outputs and business trip as required.

身体状况可正常工作，产量稳定，按要求出差

6.  Diligence, self-motivation, self-improvement and strong teamwork spirit.

勤奋，自我激励，自我完善，有较强的团队合作精神。

7. Good communication skills with clients
