I.         Position Summary 职位概述

The incumbent is responsible for all activities related to his/her projects.

II.         Job Responsibilities 工作职责

1. Act and perform according to the Quality Policy; (15%)

依据认证检测质量方针进行工作; (15%)

2. Design test programmer for clients; (10%)

为客户设计测试方案; (10%)

3. Keep a professional attitude towards customers and colleagues; (5%)

对客户及同事保持专业态度; (5%)

4. Be main coordinator for clients, and organize all the project related team to solve the problems from clients; (10%)

作为客户主要协调人，组织所有项目相关团队解决客户提出的问题; (10%)

5. Hand projects within lead time: Review projects and prepare quotation/checklist; (15%)

在交付周期内处理项目：审核项目并准备报价单 / 测试清单; (15%)

6. Have a good knowledge for Buyer requirements and manuals & Key account management; (10%)

深入了解买家测试要求、相关手册及大客户管理; (10%)

7. Ensure the settlement of payment; (10%)

确保测试费用及时结算; (10%)

8. Handle internal and external complaint; (5%)

处理内外部投诉；（5%）

9. Perform other duties assigned by his/her Supervisor/Group Leader; (5%)

完成主管或组长分配的其他工作; (5%)

10. Provide technical support to sales staff; (5%)

为销售人员提供技术支持; (5%)

11. Explain non-compliance points to customers. (5%)

向客户解释不合规项。（5%）

III.         Job Requirements 任职要求

1. Bachelor degree or above, ; In the major of textile Engineering, Fashion Design and Engineering，Chemical or English is preferred;

本科及以上学历,  纺织工程、服装设计与工程、化学或英语相关专业优先。

2. At least 2 years’ experience in a textile testing company;

至少 2 年纺织检测公司工作经验

3. Good communication skill;

具备良好的沟通能力

4. Good Office software skill, such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint;

熟练使用 Office 办公软件（如 Excel、Word、PowerPoint）

5. Good command of reading and written English;

有良好的英文读写能力

6. Diligence, self-motivation, self-improvement and strong teamwork spirit;

工作勤奋、有上进心、追求自我提升，具备较强的团队合作精神

7. Can work independently and efficiently; can work under pressure;

能独立高效开展工作，可承受工作压力
