I.      Position Summary

This position is responsible for implementing tire project activities to achieve Business Line target.

II.      Job Responsibilities

1. Business and Marketing [10 %]

• • • • Regularly maintain, develop and expand our existing tyre clients;
      • Support Sales team to develop new client in Homologation business to achieve the order intake target;
      • Identify and maintain the test laboratories as our business partner;
      • Collect, deliver and share the market information of competitors and new service;
      • Collaborate with colleagues in other department and TÜV SÜD IC companies to promote the service.

2. Project [70%]

• • • • Implementing tire type approval project according to contract and project plan;
      • Provide the professional and satisfied service to client as the project manager or project engineer in the project;
      • In certain projects assigned as project manager, responsible to setup the project plan, coordinate the manpower resources, track the project process and communicate with client actively and promptly in case of any potential / existing deviation from the plan;
      • Collaborate with other engineer or / and project manager as project engineer in project;
      • Following the efficiency-oriented, quality-based project procedure to achieve the productivity, order profit and overall sales target and error rate target.

3. Competence [10%]

• Develop and extend the personal competence and scope to achieve the net sales target;
• Communicate with experts in other regions to extend the knowledge;
• Experience organizing and sharing on Business Line’s knowledge management basis;
• Follow the business line operational procedure;
• Implement the training course under the Business Line’s plan and assignment.

4. Other [10%]

• Perform other duties assigned by Reporting Manager and / or Section Manager

III.      Job Requirements (knowledge, experience, skills, abilities, etc.)

• Colleague degree or above
• Good English oral and written skills
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Customer-oriented and able to work independently
• Be familiar with tire, at least 2 years tyre working experience.
• Be familiar with quality management.
• Careful, patient and reliable working behavior, strong teamwork spirit;
• Good computer skills, be familiar with PowerPoint, Word, Excel;
• Be able to travel frequently.
