I.      Position Summary

This position is responsible assist PPE Sales team for promote PPE  service and expand customer base in Softlines

II.      Job Responsibilities

1. Contribute personal efforts to team’s sales plan and reach assigned team target (15%);

2. Support marking on collecting information and promotion activities (10%);

3. Develop softlines testing business with existing and new customers though professional sales activities , such as (not limited);

a. Search for potential customer;

b. Create business opportunity by exploring channels and network;

c. Respond to and follow up customer’s enquiry;

d. Visit / meet customer and introduce company’s services;

e. Negotiate price and prepare quotation according to internal pricing system;

f. Prepare and confirm contract with customer;

(35%);

4. Assist PPE manager to conduct customer management to maintain business relationship, increase brand & service awareness and  enhance satisfaction among customers (15%);

           5.  As assigned, coordinate between customer and internal group on project start, payment and progress (15%);

           6. Perform other duties assigned by section manager (10%).

III.      Job Requirements 

1. Bachelor Degree or above;
2. Fluent English, above CET4;
3. Good communication skills;
4. More than one year sales or related experience.
