Your Tasks
- To strengthen our management team, we are looking for an experienced and strategically minded individual to take on the disciplinary management of the regional plant safety business area in Germany
- The role primarily involves legally required inspections (BetrSichV, AwSV) at plant operators and associated innovative inspection methods. In this role, you will actively shape the further development of our product portfolio and make a significant contribution to securing the future of this business area.
- Strategic support for the regional business area management in the development and implementation of Germany’s market and product strategies
- Responsibility for product development, accreditations and technical training and further education within the German team
- Responsibility for sales and results for the regional plant safety business area in Germany
- Design of the regional business area's quality and pricing policy as well as selection of essential testing and working equipment
- Development and application of the framework risk assessment
- Participation in project management: market analyses, business model development, creation of decision-making bases and presentations
Your Qualifications
- Completed technical or scientific university degree (e.g. engineering, physics, process engineering)
- Several years of management experience in a technical environment, ideally in the field of testing or certification in Germany
- In-depth knowledge of strategic business development and project management
- Experience with accreditation procedures and regulatory requirements for testing laboratories in Germany
- Strong communication and decision-making skills, entrepreneurial thinking, and a high level of customer focus
- fluent level of German and English is obligatory
