At TÜV SÜD Türkiye, we are looking for a Renewables Leader to lead our Renewables & Energy Transformation business area.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the operational and commercial activities of the Renewables business area in line with business objectives.
Develop existing customer relationships and identify new business opportunities in the renewable energy sector.
Coordinate proposals, tenders, and project activities from technical and commercial perspectives.
Ensure projects are delivered in line with quality, timeline, scope, and customer requirements.
Lead and develop the Renewables team, including resource planning and competence development.
Monitor business performance, revenue, costs, and key performance indicators.
Ensure compliance with relevant standards, regulations, quality, HSE, and company requirements.
Collaborate with global teams to support business growth and develop new services.

Your Profile
University degree in Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in renewable energy and/or energy-related services, preferably in a leadership role.
Experience in project management, customer management, and business development.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Good command of English.
