Senior Sales Engineer

Job Summary :  

To support customer acquisition and revenue growth by maintaining the company’s competitiveness and innovative edge. The role focuses on identifying and onboarding new clients, conducting technical consultations, preparing proposals, and collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project execution.

Your Tasks :

  • Manage and develop key client accounts.

  • Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and assess customer needs.

  • Demonstrate strong working knowledge of SABER portal workflows and common rejection scenarios.

  • Work with SFDA electronic systems (eCosma, GHAD, etc.), as applicable.

  • Arrange and conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their requirements and concerns.

  • Design and implement strategic business plans to expand the company’s customer base and strengthen market presence.

  • Identify and onboard potential clients, ensuring all required documentation complies with regulatory requirements.

  • Prepare and present sales, revenue, expense reports, and realistic forecasts to management.

  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while monitoring new products and competitor activities.

  • Direct and coordinate sales activities at both local and regional levels.

  • Handle and resolve customer complaints related to products or services in a professional manner.

Your Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales within the product services and certification industry across the Middle East. 

Your Skills and Competencies 

  • Strong networking skills with a solid understanding of KSA market access strategies and regulatory trends.
  • Competitive awareness of certification bodies and service offerings.
  • Sales forecasting, pipeline tracking, and revenue reporting capabilities.
  • Ability to support management with market intelligence and customer feedback.
