Your Tasks

  • Monitor and identify relevant tender opportunities in target markets and platforms.
  • Prepare, compile, and submit all tender documents within deadlines, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as sales, finance, technical, and legal to collect required documentation and input for tenders.
  • Review and analyze tender requirements, assessing risks, identifying key deliverables, and clarifying ambiguities.
  • Track submission statuses, manage clarifications, participate in pre-bid meetings, and handle post-tender negotiations or contract finalization.
  • Maintain organized records of all tender activities, bids, and communications for audit and reporting purposes.
  • Analyze awarded and lost tenders, prepare management reports, and support the development of improved bidding strategies for future opportunities.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, government agencies, and industry partners during the bidding process.

 

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Procurement, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in ETIMAD and other portals, procurement, government tenders, or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement/tender processes and contract terms.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
