Overview:
The Vendor Management Specialist coordinates onboarding, performance tracking, and relationship management with solution providers and system integrators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee registration and accreditation of OT/IT system integrators and service providers.
- Maintain and update performance databases and vendor profiles.
- Match vendors with factory needs and ensure fulfillment of obligations.
- Address vendor feedback, grievances, and performance issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain.
- Experience in vendor coordination or partnership management.
- Fluent Arabic and professional level of English
- Saudi National preferred.
