Overview

We are seeking a Technical Consultant to support the implementation and configuration of SAP Concur solutions. You will collaborate with functional teams, business stakeholders, and external partners to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant technical solutions aligned with our IT and travel expense management strategy.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain SAP Concur modules (e.g., Expense, Travel, Invoice).
• Support integration design between Concur and ERP systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA).
• Manage data models, workflows, and role-based permissions within Concur.
• Develop and maintain Concur interfaces using Concur Integration (CI), Web Services, and Extracts
• Handle technical incidents, enhancements, and perform release testing.
• Assist in data migration, reporting, and audit/compliance activities.
• Document configurations and provide 3rd level technical support.
• Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards for expense and travel processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Concur configuration and administration.
• Strong hands-on experience with: Concur Integrations (CI), Web Services, Extracts and SAP FI/CO integration
• Technical knowledge of APIs, web services, and integration tools.
• Familiarity with data mapping, file formats (CSV/XML), and middleware solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps and CI/CD
• Fluent in English (German is an advantage).
• SAP Concur certification or experience with SAP integration is a plus.
