Your Tasks
- Conduct property loss control surveys to assess fire, property, and business interruption exposures based on NFPA and other recognized international standards.
- Develop clear, risk-based recommendations and loss estimates before and after mitigation measures.
- Evaluate automatic fire protection systems, fire pumps, and facility water supplies.
- Analyze building construction, occupancy, special hazards, and natural hazards to support client risk assessments.
- Serve as a technical resource by providing training, peer reviews, and guidance to consulting colleagues.
- Prepare high-quality technical reports, present findings to clients and senior stakeholders, and support proposal and stewardship activities.
- Manage projects including plan reviews, special visits, technical assessments, and oral and written presentations.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Fire Protection Engineering, Engineering, Risk Management, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in fire protection consulting, property loss control, risk engineering, or a related field.
- Professional certifications or progress toward relevant certifications are valued (e.g., CFPS, PE, CREA registration, or equivalent credentials).
- Strong ability to conduct field assessments, gather technical information, and prepare clear, professional reports.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and maintain high professional standards.
- Portuguese proficiency and the ability to communicate professionally in English, both written and spoken.

- This is a Brazil-based position located in São Paulo, with remote work arrangements available in accordance with company policy.
- Regular domestic travel and occasional international travel are required to support client projects and facility assessments.
